Buff & Blend Rolls
Applications
Buff & Blend Rolls are used with vibratory orbital and straight-line sanders, to produce matte and satin
finishes. Rolls are also cut to size and used by hand or to finish a part turning on a lathe or spindle.
Deburring
- Edge deburring on Aluminum extrusions.
- Deburring Aluminum die cast flashing.
- Deburring radius edges on precision machined parts.
- Deburring contoured parts.
- Removing micro burrs.
Cleaning
- Removing heavy surface oxidation.
- Surface preparation prior to coating.
- Removing surface coatings for part inspection.
- Removing rust.
Blending
- Blending mill marks.
- Blending tool marks and mismatches.
- Blending coated abrasive disc scratch patterns.
- Reducing uneven edges.
Finishing
- Matte finish on Aluminum and Steel enclosures.
- Satin finish on large Stainless Steel surfaces.
