Surface Conditioning Discs
These products provide a more compact structure of non-woven fibers than Buff & Blend products. Surface Conditioning products have a woven fabric (Scrim) imbedded in the nylon structure to provide additional strength and durability for edge work, deburring and efficient blending of all metal types. For information regarding Buff & Blend products, see Buff & Blend.

HOLDER PADS**:
- Small diameter sizes are used with metal-to-metal Quick Change SocAtt, nylon threaded Lockit or nylon snap-on/snap-off ClickOn holder pads.
- 4 1/2", 5" and 7" diameter sizes are used with Hook & Loop Holder Pads.
** Hook & Loop style discs are designed to be used only in conjunction with the same nominal diameter holder pad.
** Due to safety considerations, Standard Abrasives recommends using a Quick Change style attachment system for discs less than 4 1/2" in diameter.
Due to Standard Abrasives' advanced manufacturing techniques and materials, all belts may be used for "low stretch" applications.
