ASTRO-CUT HIGH-PRESSURE AERO
ASTRO-CUT HP AERO is a heavy duty mineral oil based BIOSTABLE micro-emulsion
concentrate designed to be water extendable for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except
magnesium. This chlorine-free formulation is especially suited for aerospace and other applications
which restrict the use of chlorine. ASTRO-CUT HP AERO has exceptional foam control for high
pressure operations.
ASTRO-CUT HP AERO was designed using raw materials that have the ability to resist extreme biological degradation, providing very long sump life in a properly maintained machine tool. This technology greatly diminishes the possibility of "Monday Morning Odor".

Applications:

not to be construed as specifications.

When mixing coolant, it is best to use an automatic proportioner which accurately and thoroughly mixes
coolant. Always replenish the coolant with a mixture of coolant and water, not just coolant or water.
Never add coolant concentrate directly to the sump.
IMPORTANT! At concentrations below 4%, the biostability of this product may be compromised, leading to much shorter sump life. To insure maximum coolant life, sump should be thoroughly cleaned and neutralized using ASTRO-CLEAN A prior to charging machine with ASTRO-CUT HP AERO.
